Notta Pasta Rice Spaghetti
Use this rice noodle as an alternative to regular spaghetti in all of your favorite recipes.
Smoked Ham and Cheese Pasta Salad
A quick and creamy salad that's bursting with flavors of summer.
4-6 Servings
20 minutes to assemble
1/2 cup roasted garlic dressing
1 lb smoked turkey ham, 1/2 inch cubes
8 oz smoked mozzarella or Gouda, 1/4 inch cubes
6 plum tomatoes, cubed (about 3 cups)
1 medium sized (about 8 oz) red onion, diced
1/3 cup fresh chopped basil
Salt and fresh ground pepper
1. | Stirring frequently, boil Notta Pasta according to directions on box. Drain and rinse quickly. Return to pot and toss with dressing. Set aside. |
2. | Meanwhile in a large bowl combine; ham, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and basil. Add pasta and toss to combine. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a lettuce lined platter or in a bowl. |
