Quick Spaghetti and Meatballs Recipe

Sautéed onions and garlic make a jar of spaghetti sauce taste homemade. It’s a good trick when time is short.

Ingredients 1/2 -16 oz (8 oz) box Notta Pasta Spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1-24 oz jar spaghetti sauce
16 to 24 oz package frozen meatballs
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley
Directions
1. Put a large pot of salted water on to boil.
2. Add oil to a large skillet and heat over a medium heat.
3. Add onions and garlic. Stirring, cook until garlic is golden. Add spaghetti sauce and meatballs. Cook until meatballs are heated through.
4. Meanwhile, cook Notta Pasta according to directions on box and top with sauce. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired.
