Notta Pasta Rice Spaghetti
Use this rice noodle as an alternative to regular spaghetti in all of your favorite recipes.
Notta Pasta Shrimp and Fruit Salad
Shrimp and fruit pair nicely with our Notta Pasta Spaghetti in this Asian flavored salad.

20 minutes to assemble
1 lb cooked large shrimp
2 cups red seedless grapes, cut in half
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
1 cup sliced celery
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1-8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Favorite Asian, soy-ginger dressing
Optional: toasted sesame seeds
1. | Boil Notta Pasta according to box directions. Drain and add to medium bowl. Pour in dressing and toss until well coated. Set aside to season. |
2. | Meanwhile, add shrimp, grapes, pineapple, celery, scallions and water chestnuts to a large bowl. |
3. | Add pasta to shrimp mixture and toss until well combined. Add more dressing to preference and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Serve or chill for later. |
