Notta Pasta Rice Linguine
This rice noodle makes the perfect alternative to wheat linguine to make a delicious gluten-free dish.
Rosy Garlic Sauce
This creamy garlic sauce is quickly prepared with a can of flavored tomatoes. We combined it with cheese and fresh chopped parsley for a summer flavor, any time of the year. Serve it alone or as a side.

15 minutes
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon minced garlic, about 4-5 cloves
1 scant teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
1 can diced tomatoes, Italian style
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fresh chopped Italian parsley, flat leaf not curly
1. | Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. |
2. | Add cream, garlic, salt and pepper to a large skillet. Bring to a boil over a high heat. |
3. | Stirring occasionally, cook until cream is thickened. |
4. | Add tomatoes and mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes. |
5. | While sauce is simmering, add pasta to boiling water. Cook according to box directions, until firm but tender (al dente). |
6. | Drain pasta and add to sauce. Immediately add Parmesan cheese and parsley. Toss well to combine and serve. |
