Notta Pasta with Oil and Garlic

This easy Italian dish gets a gluten free upgrade with Notta Pasta Spaghetti. It's full of flavor and oh, so easy!

Total time: 20 minutes

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rapid boil.
2. Pour oil into large skillet. Add garlic and cook on medium heat. Shaking skillet, while garlic is cooking, add red pepper flakes.
3. Cook Notta Pasta according to directions on box. Time carefully.
4. Meanwhile, when garlic turns golden (not brown), remove skillet from heat and pour 1/3 cup pasta water into oil mixture. Mix well.
5. Drain pasta and pour directly into skillet.
6. Add 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, parsley and lemon juice. Toss well and top with remaining cheese. Serve immediately.
