Rosy Garlic Sauce

This creamy garlic sauce is quickly prepared with a can of flavored tomatoes. We combined it with cheese and fresh chopped parsley for a summer flavor, any time of the year.  Serve it alone or as a side.

Directions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
2. Add cream, garlic, salt and pepper to a large skillet. Bring to a boil over a high heat.
3. Stirring occasionally, cook until cream is thickened.
4. Add tomatoes and mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
5. While sauce is simmering, add pasta to boiling water. Cook according to box directions, until firm but tender (al dente).
6. Drain pasta and add to sauce. Immediately add Parmesan cheese and parsley. Toss well to combine and serve.
